Snotrac Speakers: The Future of CTR & TDM

Join the Snohomish County Transportation Coalition (Snotrac) for an hour with Tien-Tien Chan, Melanie Truhn, and Jessica Roberts as they discuss the future of commute trip reduction (CTR) and transportation demand management (TDM) programs.  

Tien-Tien Chan is a principal of Nelson\Nygaard, where she specializes in TDM, parking, and all things multimodal. Prior to Nelson\Nygaard, Tien-Tien worked at the MBTA in Boston and at the City of Austin, where she established the city's first TDM Program. She serves as co-chair of the Transportation Research Board’s committee on TDM.  

Melanie Truhn is a senior associate at Nelson\Nygaard, where she focuses on TDM development and implementation. Prior to Nelson\Nygaard, she established marketing and incentive programs for commuters working in the Lloyd District of Portland, Oregon. Melanie serves as a member of the WSDOT TDM Executive Board.
