Join  Snotrac on March 31 for a discussion of how to make our fares and enforcement mechanisms fairer.    This conversation rises up from a convergence of factors, including funding in the Move Ahead Washington Package for people 18 and younger, the Black Lives Matter movement's goal to reduce policing, Sound Transit and King County Metro pilot projects and programs, and the rollout of the "New ORCA" payment system.
