This Snotrac subarea committee focuses on the area that includes the cities and towns of Snohomish, Monroe, Sultan, Gold Bar, and Index, as well as Baring and Skykomish. The unincorporated areas of Maltby, Cathcart, Silver Firs, Three Lakes, and Lake Roesiger are also included.

This committee is currently serving as the steering committee for the development of a Skykomish Valley Transportation Action Plan.
