Celebrate the arrival of light rail to City of Lynnwood on Friday, August 30 from 4 to 8 p.m.!Â
Snotrac, Lynnwood Chamber of Commerce, and Sound Transit are putting on a big evening community event at the Lynnwood City Center Light Rail Station with music, dance, food trucks, art & craft market, family fun zone, & more!

To meet the importance and scale of this momentous occasion, Snotrac and Lynnwood Chamber have outlined a major event with up to 165 organizations, agencies, and vendors, including:
- Live Music Main Stage
- Future of Lynnwood Pavilion
- Cultural Pavilion featuring music and dance
- Night Market of Arts, Crafts, and Produce
- Family Fun Zone
- Community Resource Fair
- Commercial Booths
- Food Trucks
Snotrac and the Lynnwood Chamber will partner with the Asian Service Center for the creation of the Cultural Pavilion, which will feature booths dedicated to multiple cultural organizations surrounding a large tent for music & dance performance & participation.
The organizations will also collaborate with the Boys & Girls Clubs of Snohomish County to produce a Family Fun Zone with multiple interactive games & activities.
This one-day event will correspond with the official Lynnwood Light Rail Station Grand Opening on Friday, August 30, with performances, activities, and vendor booths open from 4 to 8 p.m.
